Education - Exclusions Update

This course is ideal for Headteachers, Governors, Local Education Authority Officers and Solicitors involved in any aspect of taking disciplinary action against pupils and subsequent appeals.

 

The course is particularly important given the new requirements for Appeal Panel members to receive training.

  • Are your Head Teachers and Governors fully aware of their Statutory duties with regard to Policies and Exclusions?
  • Are the Clerks of Governing bodies trained and aware of their role and responsibilities?
