The Rented Homes Bill, if and when it becomes law, will make fundamental changes to housing law as we know it. This session will:
• Update practitioners and those working in the field as to what changes are proposed
• Evaluate if this is the beginning of the end for secure/assurred/assurred shorthold tenancies as we know them
• Consider what will replace them
This is an essential update for those who want to keep abreast of the new developments
