LGG is pleased to present the Local Authority Support for People from Abroad Conference in association with 2 - 3 Grays Inn Square Chambers.   Chaired by Bryan McGuire, the day is to be held at Hamilton House, London and is an essential legal update for Heads of Legal and all Lawyers involved in Asylum and Immigration Law.  

The course is designed for social services solicitors in Local Authorities and their colleagues in the Housing department.

It will set the scene on the current position in both legislation and recent changes in case law. It is a practical session which will provide guidance on how to understand the legal framework, how to apply it and how to ensure the best level of service is proved to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.
