In association with Landmark Chambers

This one day conference will provide a fully comprehensive legal update by David Elvin QC, as well as provide current information on planning issues.

Ministers have put on record their desire to see a planning system that can adapt to the challenges of the 21st Century.

This year has seen tremendous strides in the reform process to help deliver such a system. This can be seen not only through the Planning Bill, but also in the key role that planning - particularly the Local Development Framework, now plays in local authority sustainable community strategies
